Continuous monitoring of all soft drinks and beers inline
The inline Cobrix 5 beverage analyzer continuously measures °Brix, % Diet, carbon dioxide, alcohol, sugar inversion, original extract and additional parameters inline, directly in the production line.
As Cobrix 5 is installed inline, it is suitable for the hygienic production of all beer types, wine, juices and soft drinks. It provides instant and highly accurate results, while requiring minimum supervision and maintenance. Using a cut-off adapter, the sensors can be serviced on the filled line, even during production.
Clever CO2 control
The Carbo 510 Smart Sensor keeps beverage quality on target by continuously monitoring the CO2 content. It is designed in accordance with the hygiene guidelines of EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group) and provides the highest accuracy and reliability.
Carbo 510 is faster than other available CO2 sensors because it uses the Anton Paar impeller method. This method establishes pressure equilibrium in the measuring chamber in seconds. The measuring cycle of only 15 seconds is fast enough to avoid out-of-spec production. When filling thousands of bottles or cans an hour, this saves a significant amount of money by preventing rejects.
°Brix, Diet concentration and CO2 measured without degassing
The PBA-S M beverage analyzer is ideal for the quick and accurate analysis of sugared and diet soft drinks directly from the bottle or can. The measuring system determines the °Brix, CO2 content and dissolved oxygen content. Depending on the version, the system also determines current °Brix, °Brix fresh, °Brix inverted, degree of inversion and Diet concentration. Results are available after 3 minutes.
For full automation, the Xsample 510 package sampler introduces samples from 18 different PET bottles, glass bottles and cans into the system.
Analysis of 7 beer parameters without sample preparation.
The PBA-B Generation M measuring system determines the original extract, alcohol, extract, CO2 content, and other important quality parameters for beer and beer mixtures. Sample is taken directly out of the bottle or can, so measurement requires no sample preparation. For full automation, the Xsample 510 package sampler introduces samples from 18 different PET bottles, glass bottles and cans into the system. Options: The PBA-B system can be extended with measurement of color, pH and turbidity (according to MEBAK and EBC) and/or with added determination of dissolved oxygen.
Comprehensive wort measurement
The Lovis 2000 M rolling-ball viscometer accurately measures the dynamic viscosity of wort according to MEBAK/EBC. It is therefore an excellent instrument for rapid quality control checks during the brewing process. The Lovis 2000 ME viscometer module can be directly attached to an Anton Paar Generation M density meter to measure density, kinematic viscosity and dynamic viscosity in one cycle.
Alcohol analysis system for wine, spirits or beer
The Alcolyzer M series of alcohol meters has a model to suit all alcoholic beverages: Alcolyzer Spirits M determines the alcohol content in the concentration range 35 to 65 %vol as well as the color and pH value of spirits such as whisky, cognac, brandy, vodka, gin, tequila and rum. Alcolyzer Wine M measures the alcohol content of wine, sparkling wine, cider and sake in the range from 0 to 20 %v/v. The Alcolyzer Beer analyzing system determines alcohol, density, original extract, real extract, degree of fermentation, and calories in beer with optional measurement of measurement of turbidity, color and pH value. The measuring method is evaluated and approved by MEBAK.
