Second Cup Oman installs Trifecta Single Cup Brewer in stores
Specialty coffee retailer Second Cup Oman has introduced Trifecta Single Cup Brewer system of US-based coffee machines company BUNN at its coffee outlets in Oman.
Trifecta Single Cup Brewer uses three-step technology - wetting, extraction and hydrolysis to brew coffee.
Wetting is a process of saturation of the coffee grounds by offering appropriate percentage of water and pause.
Extraction is a process of injecting air into a chamber to agitate the coffee beans and for uniform extraction. Hydrolysis filters the coffee beans to produce coffee.
Bin Mirza International marketing director Jannat Moosa said, " We strive to remain ahead of the competition by investing in the latest equipment and technology. Our staff are thoroughly trained to provide the best quality drinks that our brand has come to be known for, making us the best café in your neighborhood."
