AVT to introduce new coffee service systems with Android operating system
AVT, a US-based developer of automated retailing systems and other products, is set to introduce its Next Generation systems for coffee incorporated with Android-based operating system.
This new technology will enable customers to make selections and payments through their cellular telephones.
They also contain a new technology that brews a cup of coffee. These new units will offer 15 different blends, which include freshly ground espressos to mochas.
In addition, the company has also unveiled a new back-end management system, which enables operators to track sales, perform diagnostics and maintain product freshness.
AVT chairman and Shannon Illingworth founder said: "When you compare the features of the systems, the quality of the beverages delivered, and the return on investment, we are hands-down the winner."
AVT CEO James Winsor said: "We plan to revolutionize the coffee industry, just like we have in automated retailing industry."
